I’m a HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist and accredited EMDR practitioner in Darlington, County Durham, offering therapy both in-person and online to people age 12+. I’ve been working in mental health since 2016, supporting individuals with a wide range of difficulties. I have a special interest in eating disorders, trauma, dissociation and neurodiversity but my experience covers many different areas of emotional and psychological wellbeing.

I believe therapy works best when it’s a safe, respectful space where you can be heard without judgment. I have experience working with neurodiversity and offer adult ADHD assessments and diagnosis. My approach is flexible and tailored to you, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies including EMDR, IFS, CBT, CFT, CBT-E, MANTRA, SSCM, and psychodynamic therapy. I am committed to offering a respectful, inclusive and affirming therapeutic space, and I welcome people of all backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, abilities, sexual orientations and gender identities.

Alongside my clinical work, I’ve been a lecturer, trainer, and clinical supervisor, and I also hold a certificate in sports psychology from FC Barcelona. Whether you’re seeking support for a specific difficulty or looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to help you work towards lasting change and improved wellbeing.

I welcome both self-funding and insurance clients, and I’m happy to offer sessions in the way that feels most comfortable for you, either in person or remotely.
